Vincent Effenburger is the former Head of Security at The Diamond Casino & Resort. In early 2024, he discovered that a new Latin American cartel had arrived in San Andreas and was using the Clucking Bell Farms in Paleto Bay as a front for large-scale cocaine manufacturing. To make matters worse, his fellow LSPD officers were not only aware of the operation but were actively facilitating it. Vincent contacts the GTA Online Protagonist, asking for their assistance to take down the criminal organization in exchange for cash. Fandom
To start the missions, wait for a call from Vincent after logging into GTA Online in Free Roam mode. Once you receive his call, a large "V" marker will appear on your map at the Vespucci Police Station. Head there and step into the yellow circle in front of the building to begin. There are six missions in total.
All missions can be completed solo or with up to three other players.
Vincent comes out of the station and tells the protagonist not to enter. He explains he has a proposal for them — one his fellow officers cannot know about. He points out Ahron Ward dealing drugs to Jimmy De Santa right across the street, in plain sight of the police, as proof of the LSPD's corruption.
You must raid corrupt cop-endorsed money laundering businesses, collect the cash, and then deliver it to Vincent's lockup — a former off-the-books FIB facility that will serve as your base of operations for the rest of the raid.
Reward for completing as leader: Unlocks the Bravado Gauntlet Interceptor for purchase.
In this mission you need to steal a laptop that contains valuable information about the cartel, steal a hacking device from inside a heavily armoured Terrorbyte, and steal a freight train. These tasks can be done in any order.
The Terrorbyte is patrolled by armed aerial drones. Once you locate it, you need to loot the hacking device from it. The final objective is to steal a freight train — you first need to grab a train key that drops from a random enemy at the train yard (marked with a green icon). Once you have the key, board the train, start it moving, and hack sections of track to keep it mobile. Vincent calls to warn you the train must keep moving at all times.
Reward for completing as leader: Unlocks the Vapid Benson (Cluckin' Bell) trade price.
This mission involves stealing unmarked weapons and gear from local gangs or private militia. You'll be selecting your weapon loadout and equipment for the finale here.
In this setup mission, you must steal a getaway vehicle and store it near the Cluckin' Bell Farm. You'll get three possible locations to choose from. Location B is considered the best option for getaway vehicles.
This mission has two parts. First, you hack two vans to learn the location of a cartel garage. You follow the vans, use your hacking device when close, then kill the drivers. It's important to loot the Cluckin' Bell uniform from the enemies, which allows you to sneak around the cartel garage much more easily. At the garage, you need to sabotage the delivery trucks by interacting with their hoods.
This is the mission where you make a crucial choice: if you use the hacking device to erase the CCTV footage at the garage, you unlock the Silent Approach for the finale. If you leave without wiping the footage, you'll be forced into the Aggressive Approach instead.
You arrive at the Cluckin' Bell factory via the freight train stolen in Breaking and Entering, carrying the weapons and gear from the setup missions. If you deleted the CCTV in Disorganized Crime, the cartel won't know you're there until you open fire. Either way, you fight through the factory, visit two different cocaine storage areas (one in the basement, accessed via keycard), and loot as much cocaine as possible by interacting with the drug piles.
After looting, you exit through the back of the factory by shooting an electrical box to open a garage door. You then race six miles to Vincent's lockup in your getaway vehicle while evading police. At the lockup, a cutscene plays explaining how you'll receive your cut. If you stole all possible cocaine, you receive $1,000,000.
Completing the finale as leader earns you GTA$500,000. Supporting associates receive GTA$50,000. Completing the raid for the first time as leader also gives you The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid award plus a bonus GTA$250,000. First-time goons earn the Pecking Order award and a bonus GTA$250,000 too.
